I called to get information on new windows. They scheduled a rep to call me talk to me. He never showed up. After waiting for an hour and a half with no phone call or text explaining why they didn't show up or were running behind, I called and canceled the appointment. It was very well unprofessional. There are other companies that I'm sure would be willing to do business. Edit: I was contacted by the company to get this resolved. I am so glad they did. I have read good reviews of this company and was hoping it was just a mix-up. Thank you! Jacob was very informative and helpful. Wonderful representative of the company.
